Sports Massage
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques, including stretching particular muscle groups, designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is especially good for those with active lifestyles. Includes percussion therapy to a particular area of stress.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Special side-lying positioning, cushions, bolsters and pillows are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is done in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on technique(s) used by your therapist. This service is a great option if you have limited time and need work on your back, neck and shoulders.

Aromatherapy $10
Add essential oils to your massage for a senses stimulating experience of aromatherapy. Oils are diffused and added to massage lotion. A great addition to Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage.
CBD Treatment $10
CBD cream is applied and massaged into areas needing extra pain relief. Absorbs deeply into affected tissue; hot towels are used to enhance treatment.
Percussion Therapy $15
A handheld percussion machine is used to breakdown adhesions, bring blood flow to affected tissue and improve range of motion. It accelerates warmup and recovery at the gym. A great addition to any massage.
